Hey there, I’m Taz (she/her), and I’m a contemporary queer Black romance author obsessed with happy endings, swoon-worthy relationships, lovable characters—including some who need a little help realizing just how lovable they are—and not letting shitty parents off the hook.

I’m a bisexual, awkward Black girl living in the Midwest with my husband and kids. When I’m not reading or hyperfocusing on writing to the point of forgetting to eat and drink, I’m doing whatever AuDHD-fueled hobby my brain concocts or thinking of comebacks to conversations from a decade ago.

In addition to being a sucker for rom-coms, meet uglies, gooey cinnamon rolls, flowers, and green-flag MCs that are 30+, I love impromptu dance breaks and finding any reason to burst into song.
